We decided we would like to take Gabriel home. We went to San Diego Hospice (Inpatient) to help us transition to being at home with out any help. we didn't get much help... They would forget to bring us his meds so I was up every three hours making sure we got it on time. we were able to move into our house on the 16Th of May so we took him home then. This first picture is him on the way to our house for the first time. The second picture is him at hospice.
